We offer "FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE FOR ALL WATCHES AND ORDERS ABOVE 120€."

1. SHIPPING PROCESS

Orders for in-stock watches are typically fulfilled and shipped within 2–3 business days.

If the watch is not in stock, the dispatch date will depend on availability. Please refer to the product page for details.

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. All our watches and accessories are assembled in France and shipped internationally via DHL.

DHL Economy (2–3 business days): 10€ for orders below 80€ / 5€ for orders between 80€ and 120€ / Free for orders above 120€ and all watches

FROM WHERE DO WE SHIP OUR WATCHES?

Our watches and accessories are shipped internationally with DHL from France. In rare cases, some orders are fulfilled from our Hong Kong office to serve our APAC clients faster. Note: all our watches are assembled in France.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes.

3. CUSTOMS & TAXES

FOR EU CUSTOMERS

VAT and applicable import duties are included in the price displayed at checkout — you won't have to pay anything extra upon delivery.

FOR NON-EU CUSTOMERS

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes (determined by your local customs authority) along with handling fees from the carrier. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid directly before delivery.
Customs duties, taxes, and import surcharges based on full commercial product value may apply depending on local regulations in force at the time of import.
Any such charges are determined and collected by local customs authorities and the carrier, not by Wolbrook, and cannot be predicted or reimbursed by us.

FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS [last update on Jan 22, 2026]

Effective August 29, 2025, U.S. Customs has removed the de minimis exemption for imports under USD 800. While shipping remains FREE for our watches, all shipments—regardless of value—are now subject to:
- Customs duties: approximately 15% on all products imported from EU. Duties are calculated on the full commercial value of the watch, even if it was purchased with a discount or as part of a promotion.
- DHL Import Processing Fee: a flat brokerage fee of about USD 17 applied by DHL when advancing duties/taxes to U.S. Customs.
- Additional clearance fees: for example, a Single Clearance fee (~USD 35) when U.S. Customs requires DHL to process the shipment as a formal entry. 
- Bonded storage fees: may be charged if a shipment is held in a Customs bonded warehouse due to delays in payment or missing documents.

- Potential additional import surcharges: Additional import surcharges may apply depending on regulations in force at the time of import..

To avoid bonded storage fees, we strongly recommend: 
- Monitoring your DHL tracking link,
- Checking your email (including spam/junk folder) for any message from DHL, 
- Submitting documentation as requested,
- And paying duties and taxes promptly once DHL contact you. 

These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and/or DHL at the time of clearance and must be paid by the recipient before delivery, usually within 3–5 days of the request. Collection is made securely by DHL, who will contact you prior to delivery.

If the charges are not paid within the required timeframe, the package will be automatically returned to us, and return shipping costs will apply.

We are actively monitoring these cases and collecting client experiences in order to provide the most accurate guidance and assist customers during this transition. 

Warranty Returns & Repairs
If a watch is returned to us in France for repair and then shipped back to the United States, we will declare it as a returning product with a nominal value for customs documentation only.
However, U.S. Customs may still treat it as a new import, and duties, taxes, and fees may apply. Customers should expect to pay these charges.

FOR UK CUSTOMERS - IMPORTANT! [last update on Nov 27, 2025]

Since Brexit, while shipping remains FREE for our watches, UK customers are now required to pay approximately 20% VAT + DHL processing fees. This payment will be processed securely by DHL, who will contact you before delivery to collect the tax.

  • You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees required by your local authorities.
  • If these charges are not paid, your shipment may be delayed, returned, or incur additional costs — for which we are not responsible.
  • Shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable if the package is refused or returned.
