Refund policy

1. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Please note that this return policy only applies to watches purchased directly from our website at www.hgp-watches.com. For any purchases made through third-party retailers, please refer to the return and refund policies of the respective seller or platform.

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form or via email at contact@hgp-watches.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable in the event of a return.

2. PRE-ORDERS - IMPORTANT!

Due to the nature of pre-order items, they cannot be refunded. Please refer to the specific pre-order terms on the relevant product page.

3. ACCESSORY, STRAP & BRACELET RETURNS

Returns of accessories, straps, and bracelets are at your own expense and risk. If any unexpected fees or charges are requested by the carrier upon delivery, they will be deducted from your refund.

To avoid additional costs, HGP Watches can arrange return shipping upon request, at your expense.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

5. EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items such as customized products cannot be returned. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

7. REFUNDS

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
